What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out our Contact Form or complete our Enrolment Form.
When completing our Contact Form or Enrolment Form on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number.

Fees & Charges

The enrolment fee and the tuition fee are not refundable in part or in full under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed by Blueprint Academics Pty Ltd.

All tuition fees are payable in advance on a school term basis.

Blueprint Academics Pty Ltd encourages continuous study. However, in the event that a child is unable to attend the centre we require 48 hours’ notice to receive a ‘make-up’ lesson.

If a child wants to transfer to another subject or day, notice must be given to Blueprint Academics Pty Ltd at least 14 days in advance. If such notice is not given, the tuition fee is due and payable.

Blueprint Academics Pty Ltd reserves its right to change its days of operation or close for a certain period of time due to public holidays or holiday periods (e.g. for a period up to 3 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period) and/or any unforeseeable event (e.g. an act of God). In such event, Blueprint Academics Pty Ltd will advise parents and caregivers of such change as early as practicable through written and/or direct communication. No fees will be refundable given that worksheets will still be provided to the children during that closure period.

In the event that the fees are not paid by the due date, Blueprint Academics Pty Ltd has the right to charge all reasonable costs and disbursements incurred to process or recover such fees
